Orient House Business Center in Hyde near Manchester, is in a well maintained, welcoming building in a very accessible and convenient location being adjacent to the M67 and other motorway and rail network links. Our office is clean, bright and spacious and refurbished to a very high standard. The air conditioning was a very pleasant surprise something we did not expect for the price! Steve the Managing Director of Orient Holdings Ltd who owns the Centre, is always professional, flexible and happy to help with any request we have and his helpful team are more like colleagues to us. We have been tenants at Orient Holdings building in Hyde since 1994 (in 2 separate locations). We have always had a fantastic relationship with our landlord Steve and nothing has ever been too much trouble for him.

Easyway Events Ltd has been a tenant of Orient House for around 18 months and the level of service is great for our needs. We have a small office ideally suited to a one or two person business, there are other suites of various sizes and all have access to a 8-10 person “boardroom” which can be hired at flexible rates and times. The facilities cover a small kitchen with kettle, microwave and fridges and the usual toilets. The main areas are kept clean and bright. There is always something going on to improve these and the management are open to extra provision of power cables and sockets as well as being on site and available during normal office hours. What more could you want?

Highly recommended for small businesses needing to be based in the East Manchester area and requiring good road and public transport links. The M67 is less than five minutes drive to access in either direction, a small bus station is close by as are three railway stations.
