Our serviced office space can accommodate anything from 1 desk to 30 desks, depending upon client requirements. The offices are let by way of a twelve month license agreement. Included in the license fee is building insurance, car parking, water usage, gardening, maintenance of the electric gates, cleaning and maintaining the communal area. Clients who rent serviced office space from us are only responsible for their own office area, which avoids the stress and inconvenience of having to deal with wider building maintenance. Our serviced offices are refurbished to a high standard. Each office space enjoys LED lighting, AA Rated air conditioning tailored to each suite. The suites can be fully furnished or unfurnished. Tenants can make their own arrangements for phone lines, broadband etc, therefore being able to strike the best deal for their business and keeping costs as low as possible. Our team are always on hand to deal with any issues or problems.
