Car Park Extension

Dedicated to providing tenants with adequate facilities Orient Holdings have agreed with neighbouring Chartist Garage to allow tenants to use part of their land to park their vehicles. Orient Holdings have provided a pedestrian gate for easy access at a cost of over £2000. All tenants now have extra car parking spaces if required.

We always strive to improve our facilities at Orient House Business Centre in an attempt to keep our facilities up to date. One example is our totally refurbished kitchen facility. Fitted with new units, 2 new fridges, new wood effect flooring, spotlight roof lighting and additional plinth lights for a modern contemporary effect.

Boardroom

Orient House Business Centre aims to provide its tenants with all the facilities they required to meet their everyday businesses needs. One of the facilities we provide is a modern contemporary Boardroom. Seating up to 12 people, this can be hired by the hour, day, or week providing a professional environment to enable tenants to facilitate meetings, conferences, training days and interviews. Electronic projector screen, flip charts and pens are available and Light refreshments can also be arranged to provide the complete package for any event.

When we were looking for an office to rent, Orient House matched all our business needs. The facilities are excellent, the location is perfect being situated right on the M67 motorway, and when we came to have a look around we were also pleasantly surprised by how friendly and professional all the staff are. We are delighted that we chose to move into Orient House and we would highly recommend them to any business looking for an excellent, cost-effective, office to rent in the East Manchester area

Easyway Events Ltd has been a tenant of Orient House for around 18 months and the level of service is great for our needs. We have a small office ideally suited to a one or two person business, there are other suites of various sizes and all have access to a 8-10 person “boardroom” which can be hired at flexible rates and times. The facilities cover a small kitchen with kettle, microwave and fridges and the usual toilets. The main areas are kept clean and bright. There is always something going on to improve these and the management are open to extra provision of power cables and sockets as well as being on site and available during normal office hours. What more could you want? Highly recommended for small businesses needing to be based in the East Manchester area and requiring good road and public transport links. The M67 is less than five minutes drive to access in either direction, a small bus station is close by as are three railway stations.

The rates were extremely reasonable and we felt that the Offices were tailor made for a start up business such as ours.
